Shipping Information

All important shipping information at a glance:

-Processing and production time to shipment: Please expect 2-5 working days for processing and production of your order by the time of shipment.

-Tracking number: You will receive your tracking number immediately after completion of processing and production. It takes approx. 1-3 days until the tracking number is displayed on the tracking page.

Additional shipping information during the COVID-19 pandemic

We are in the fortunate position of having solid partnerships with our partners in China, which has greatly helped us to maintain our operations as best we can during the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic. We have been working diligently since February 2020 to keep up with the changing situation in deliveries around the world and are working with all available resources to make changes where possible to ensure that orders are delivered as quickly as possible.

-Shipping Duration: All products require between 5 and 12 working days from the time of shipment. Shipping is free of charge and is done with DHL and similar shipping service providers.

Unfortunately, despite our efforts, sometimes there MAY be pandemic-related delays that are unfortunately beyond our control:

1. Before the goods are shipped

-Various areas may be temporarily affected by lockdowns or service interruptions (including ours here in China), so that parcels can be held up for a time with the respective carrier in the country of dispatch (in the worst case, 2-5 additional working days to the normal processing time).

-Lockdowns can cause the delivery of production-critical materials for your products to be suspended for a period of time (in the worst case, 2-5 extra working days to normal processing time).

-We in China may themselves be affected by renewed business restriction due to lockdowns, staff reductions or temporary overall closures cannot be ruled out (no precise prediction possible).

-If there are any changes regarding the shipping address, please contact us via our contact form.

2. After delivery of the goods

-Different areas may be temporarily affected by lockdowns or business settings, so packages that have already been shipped may lie with the respective delivery company for some time (in the worst case, 2-5 extra business days at normal shipping time).

-Due to the sharp increase in the volume of online orders with reduced staffing at the same time, the customs and import stations to which you may Must pay import duties, more heavily charged than usual, so that the processing of your import may take longer (in the worst case, 2-5 additional working days at normal shipping time).

-Blocking can mean that personal delivery at your front door is no longer permitted due to the risk of infection, parcels are then increasingly handed in at your local parcel station and are lying there until you pick them up or until delivery is allowed again (no exact prediction possible).

-Cargo bay and airline route availability will be slow to return to pre-pandemic levels (in the worst case, 2-5 extra business days to normal shipping time).
